Chemical and Biological Properties:

The yeast is a substantially pure culture of a strain of saccharomyces cerevisiae

which has been grown in awort of molasses, fortified with other necessary ingredients.

Specification: GB/T20886-2007
Appearance: yellowish brown to light yellow rod shaped particles.

Odour: has the yeast's special smell. No peculiar odor. 

Fermentation: ≤450mlCO2/h

Conservation rate: ≥80%

Protein: 43-48%
